It's Just Business is the seventh episode of season one of Rimba Racer.
Summary[]
Tag and his friends continue moving up the Rimba Grand Prix rankings, with Tag quickly establishing himself as a rival to Axle. Becks and Beaks correctly deduce that they are working together following the Sandbox Offroad Extravaganza. However, as the four are celebrating in the Ark lounge, Torres informs Tag that King wants to see him. The rookie interrupts a tense meeting between the RGP head and Axle, and is offered a place on King's team.
After hearing about King's offer, Miles is furious, and is upset to hear that Tag didn't refuse King's offer outright. He helps Tag realize that King has rigged the competition, but Tag remains unsure about the offer. However, after coming to realize how much he's bonded with his friends, Tag decides to refuse. King, less than pleased, warns Tag against the consequences of this course, but Tag remains adamant.
After Tag leaves, King's team-consisting of Axle, Wrecks, Krom, and Tamira-enters, with King assuring them that Tag will come around to their point of view. To insure this, he instructs Tamira to make sure that Tag doesn't finish in the next race: the Jungle Gym Invitational. Miles, very much pleased by Tag turning down King, torments him during the race with various tree puns.
Tamira quickly acts on King's instructions, and is joined by Krom and Wrecks in ganging up on Tag. Seeking to escape, Tag triggers the Thunder Pounce, only for Krom to ease up on King's covert instructions. As King had hoped, Tamira continues acting against Tag in the race, but it takes a direct order from King to get her to knock out a bridge. The Ripper plummets through the course's massive trees and is damaged upon landing, though Tag is spared any injuries.
Recognizing the reason for Tamira's actions, Tag confronts her outside King's office, only to be told that he doesn't understand. Tag then challenges King directly, and is informed that he won't be allowed to finish another race if he doesn't join King's team. King further points out that this would disqualify him from another racing season, and warns him that worse consequences might follow. After discussing the situation with Miles, Tag decides that he has only one hope: his friends.
