OoAa is an anthropomorphic male chimpanzee who speaks only in chimp sounds.

"Extremely volatile and prone to noisy outbursts, it is hard to tell what OoAa is thinking most of the time. With mood swings that can change at the drop of a hat, not much is known about this reclusive racer.
He is one of the most unpredictable but talented racers on the circuit. Yet, it is a common unvoiced opinion among the racing world that Ooaa has, simply put, lost his mind."[1]
History[]
In "The New Guy" OoAa is mentioned alongside Cuckoo during Mr. King and Ms. Torres' conversation about the rookies for RGP XIII. In "Welcome To The Big Time", he and Cuckoo are introduced to Ms. Dira and others at a press conference alongside Tag. When asked for a statement, OoAa unexpectedly jumps on one of the press. Along with the other racers, he takes part in the opening race at Desert Rose speed track. During the race, he deploys the Golden Cosmos' special feature, causing several of the other vehicles to slip and slide, but becomes stuck in the resulting pileup.
In "Playing With Fire", OoAa and Cuckoo are seen in the Ark's lounge laughing at the Jump Jump Power Drink ad featuring Tag. Miles also sees security footage of him looking into a camera, and Ooaa later takes part in the race at Highland Air Race Track. In "Shakes, Rattles, & Rolls", Ooaa takes part in the race at Pinewood Reservoir. In "Can I Get A Ka-Ching!" Ooaa takes part in the race at Blizzard's Bite.
Under construction
In "Back In The Game", King reports that OoAa and Cuckoo will not be returning for RGP XIV. They and the retired Wrecks are replaced by dangerous newcomers Pike, Vyxx, and Xeno. In “Fair Game”, he is approached for an interview about the alleged cheating in the RGP. OoAa appears in an office with his portrait on the wall, but is his usual wild and unintelligible self.
Personality[]
Appearance[]
OoAa has blue fur, but also has peach skin on his hands, face, and ears. His casual attire consists of a yellow floral Hawaiian shirt, with an orange top of some kind underneath. He also wears tan pants and yellow shoes.
OoAa's racing attire consists of a jumpsuit that is mostly yellow on the front and mostly black on the back, with the black sweeping around to his shoulders on the front. He also wears black boots, and the arms of his jumpsuit are white and yellow; his fingers are also exposed. He has a high collar with a white brim that circles around to a large, rectangular white patch on the back of his neck and upper back, with a yellow logo between his shoulder blades. His logo is emblazoned on the shoulders, and he wears a yellow helmet that leaves his face exposed and tinted goggles.

OoAa and Cuckoo were both newcomers to the RGP, and seem to have established a close bond, as they were seen hanging out in their downtime.

Ms. Dira attempted to interview OoAa at the start of RGP XIII, only to have him leap on one of her colleagues.

Torres was disparaging of both OoAa and Cuckoo, apparently considering them disappointing additions to the RGP.
